What this is
My Mentor is a one-on-one mentorship program, not tuition. The mentor does not teach chapters. The mentor builds the plan, sets daily targets, follows up the same day and keeps you informed.
The specific ICSE trap is volume. With more papers to carry and internal assessment running through the year, a student who lets two subjects drift is not two subjects behind — they are structurally behind, because there is no spare week later to absorb it. Most ICSE students who struggle are not weak; they are simply running an unscheduled year against a syllabus that does not forgive one.

Your questions
The mentor plans against it rather than teaching it, which is the honest distinction. What the plan needs to know is the paper structure, the number of separate papers, the internal assessment load and the exam calendar — not the content of Chapter 7. If your child needs the content explained, that is tuition, and we will say so.
It changes the rotation, not the size. Targets stay two or three items a day, but they cycle across papers deliberately so no subject goes untouched for two weeks — which is the most common way an ICSE year quietly falls apart.
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement for ICSE families. The tuition teaches; the mentorship makes sure the revision between tuitions actually happens and that no subject gets abandoned.
